My name is Anna Turunen. I'm a music marketing consultant & artist coach with 8 years experience...but most importantly, I'm a music fan.

After interning in the marketing department at Sony Music Finland, I moved to London and landed in the marketing team of Music Week "Label Of The Year" winner Polydor Records (Universal Music UK) for 4 years, specializing in US (Interscope, Republic) signed alternative, rock and pop artists - both developing talent and global superstar level artists.


After Universal, I worked at Parlophone (Warner Music UK) for 2 years, deepening my skills in artist development across UK domestic repertoire and US-Alt (Elektra, Fueled By Ramen, Roadrunner) signed artists.


Some of my career highlights include two #1 albums with 5 Seconds of Summer and YUNGBLUD, as well as top 10s with Machine Gun Kelly, Avril Lavigne, Ashnikko, Gabriels, Waterparks, Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons and Lighthouse Family. Developing talent from newly-signed to BRIT Award nomination level, a Music Week "Marketing Campaign Of The Year" nomination and a BBC Sound Of 2023 Top 5 campaign.


My wish for all of you is to help you understand just how much power YOU hold in making things happen for your artist career. With my Tiktok content, newsletter and independent artist coaching I want to give some of the wisdom I've learned from my 8 years of working in the industry back to the wider artist community, without typical major label gatekeeping.

I currently offer marketing/product management services to record labels and management companies, and coaching for independent artists around the world. Music is my life and creating fandom around my artists is my jam. I've dedicated my entire career to helping artists at all levels grow their fan bases and define their messaging.
